• Overseeing all programs and budgets of the departments and agencies.
• Directing the goal-setting process for the departments and the Archdiocese.
• Administering local involvement in the work of the Michigan Catholic Conference.
• Serving as ex-officio member of the Presbyteral Council.
• Coordinating and administers clergy services and clergy assignments.
• Approving parish budgets and authorizes audits.
• Archdiocesan coordinator for Third Millennium efforts at spiritual renewal.
